This is by far the hardest part of putting a page together. I get so turned off by most of the personal info I see on the web. It is either full of self-criticism (well, I don't really know what I'm doing so bear with me) or extreme egoism (welcome to the coolest homepage ever). You know the types of which I'm talking. Of course, I do realize that I would find this page incredibly annoying if I happened upon it. Sorry, you'll just have to read.
So my goal is to be neither. I want to give a little information about who I am and what I like. It's that simple.
OK, to the point.
My name is Zack. I am 24. I live in Chicago and go to the University of Illinois at Chicago. I like many different kinds of music but gravitate more towards indie pop. I am gay and try to live my life as out as possible. I have many thoughts about being queer as you will see in other sections of my page.
I am pursuing my Masters of Fine Arts in Photography. As my friend Cathy would say, "That's why my pictures look better than yours." I don't take beautiful pictures of landscapes but am rather interested in the physical medium that is photography and manipulation of that medium. The art section says lots more about that.
I tend to wear only white socks and probably have about 20 pairs. I have about 10 pairs of shoes but only wear about 3 of them. You can mail me too if you like.
I have two roommates, Wendy and Jeff. They work at Kinko's, but at different stores. I just recently left Kinko's after more than three years. I hope that I don't have to go back.
I try to keep a fairly updated daily journal. I sort of fluctuate in my attention to it. Sometimes I update it regularly and other times I don't, so bear with me. My links are only to places that impress me and aren't easy to find. It annoys me when people link to Apple, or Yahoo. Come on, if you found their obscure page, chances are you know how to find Yahoo. That will not be on this page.
